Samsung is one of the active and successful brand on different social media
sites. Samsung is always posting regularly, they post with a gap of 1 to 3 days.
Most of the posts including pictures and videos of Samsung are about their new
product like now they are launching Samsung s7 edge, about the new features in
it and what make it different from other smartphone.
There are very few posts that
describe that how the famous people describe and promote their products and
what they are doing extra for society and people except business such as now
they are partner in Olympics.
We can say
that Samsung is not following 50/50 rule as they are focusing more on their business
rather than community and industry. The keywords that they use on each and every
post is that about which product rather than what that image show such as
Samsung S6 edge And Samsung gear S2. Samsung post on March 10 and 21 February is
most successful posts as they have most views, likes, shares as compare to any
other post, moreover these post describe that what is special in their new
smartphone and different from previous from last one.
Most of the Apple Facebook page are
unofficial that they are created by their fans not by the company, moreover
Apple is not so active on Social media that they don’t have any other page on Facebook
for their IPhone rather they have only one app store Facebook page. Apple post
regularly on daily basis, they post 1 or more than one post in one day. There
most of the posts include about what they are providing new to the market or
any type promotion they did such as 50% discount on one product purchase. This brand
is also not using the 50/50 rule as they post mainly about the business not about
the community. The keyword they use for their product are Jetpack fighter,
inner baby dragon and so on.
There are no one post I can say that they most successful because the response to
all the post are nearly equal but always low as compare to the Samsung
